Fun art projects like marble painting, twirly top felt pens, and squirt bottle painting. The children will decorate"art cakes' with whipped soap, colorful goop, candles and decors. Each child will create their own fancy birthday hat out of colorful tissue paper. Dress for mess! Party favors will be a bag of art supplies.
